    تم دراسة الحليب وذلك باخذ عينات من حليت الإبل والبقر والماعز وأجريت التجارب عليها بواسطة جهاز الامتصاص الذري وقدرت نسب الأملاح المعدنية الموجودة في العينات المأخوذة بتراكيز متفاوتة ومختلفة عند كل عينة.
