Abstract:
The construction management of construction project department is complex and risky. It requires high experience, efficiency, keeping up and cooperating with all parties. The success of the project, whatever it is type, size and purpose depends on the success of the project management, which in turn depends on several factors. The most important of these costs, quality, performance and the time, the deviation of any of these factors to the planned causes the low performance and therefore leads to lack of success. The controlling of factors depends a lot on the control of specific stages, including the planning period, the preparation of the cost, and the stage of monitoring and follow-up during the implementation, and keeping up with all the new concepts and modern techniques that contribute to the accurate completion of these stages.
This study deals with the most important concepts and modern technologies important in project management, which are considered the solution figure too many of the problems facing the sector. The most important is the management of the value management as an effective tool for the follow-up of projects because it links the actual achievement and the planned time by calculating deviations and indicators by conducting an integrated analysis of the activities in which the negatives are clearly shown and then take corrective measures quickly. It also addressed the concept of performance indicators and indicators as a tool to measure the performance of projects through continuous monitoring and periodic follow-up by identifying the most influential indicators in the project and to verify this was based on the criteria of performance indicator according to the approach of the Group of Indicators 2000 as an integrated approach to project management.
The concept of building information form has also been addressed as one of the most important modern concepts in the history of the construction industry, which offers a source solution in one system for all stages of the project and involves all parties to the project.
This study aimed to identifying the indicators of performance indicators that influence the project and verifying the activation of the concept of managing the value gained in companies and the extent of commitment to them and evaluating the process of applying modern concepts. The most important aim of the study was to develop and design one of these concepts that contribute to facilitating the process of follow-up and measuring performance and deviation. It was actually designed in C-Sharp and the SQL server database under the Microsoft Visual Studio platform and applied to five building studies in Khartoum. To verify the commitment of the institutions, a field survey to institutions or companies operating in the construction sector in Khartoum state was designed and the descriptive analytical approach and statistical analysis program package 2019 were used.
The research contained five parts first part introduction and objectives. The second part is the literature of the research and previous studies, while the third part the methodology of the research. The fourth part contained case studies, application and discussion, and the fifth is a summary and recommendations in addition to the supplements. The most important results were that most of the companies are unaware of modern concepts and advanced techniques of control and planning. This study contributes significantly to solving the problem of follow-up , monitoring and measuring the performance of any project, predicting risks, identifying deviations and determining achievement rates.
