further investigate S. aureus isolates for enterotoxin B gene in milk and milk
products During period from April to August 2012.
A total of 150 milk and milk products (cheese, yoghurt samples) in Khartoum
state were collected, all specimens were investigated using standard cultural and

among them 8 (44.4%) were enterotoxin B producers. The S. aureus isolates were
recovered from the specimens as follows: 13 (72.2%) were isolated from cheese, 5
(27.8%) from milk, and non from yoghurt.
