Abstract:
Mobile devices are gradually becoming commonplace. The computational and networking power of mobile devices is constantly increasing and new technologies are integrated into them to support new functionalities and services . On the other hand, the field of databases and more generally data management is also expanded with new services and applications. Mobile Database system is the one of this new applications, and WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) is a key technology for mobile device to support new functionalities and services .
Nowadays, several banks start using mobile technologies to offer services by accessing databases such as Short Message System (SMS) and WAP banking which means they are expanding their network that causes many security risk in their core banking databases . Therefore a framework is required to address security issues in mobile databases access such as Confidentiality , Authenticity , Integrity and availability .
This work is considered with action of a secure mobile database access framework and Developing application of a secure Mobile banking system. Using WAP technologies and Wireless Mark up Language (WML) and ASP language .
