Abstract:
It is common to see large organizations in Sudan set up a whole department for the sole purpose of managing human resources and hire experts in the field to be in charge of HRM, this research looked at the impact of HRM implementation on organizational performance in the case of Sudanese Egyptian electrical industries co.)Sudatraf). The researcher focuses to identify the impact of implementing Human Resource policies and the results of this implementation on organization performance from the perception of employees.
The objectives of the study were to examine the general HR practices and programs of the company, evaluate the perceptions of employees on HR practices and programs (Compensation and rewards -Training and Development, Recruitment and selection- Career planning, Appraisal and Management) and establish the impact of properly managing human resources on the performance of this company.
This study surveyed 50 employee represent random sample of the company employees(150 employee). The study employed sets HR practices categorized questionnaires for managers and employees respectively, collected data was analysed using SPSS. The findings of the study revealed that HR practices are properly planned; implemented and managed by HR experts and the practices, programs and policies of this company are good perceived by their employees and it have impact on productivity and turn over in the period March 2016 to March 2017.
The study recommended that company should continue its improvement for department of HR and take more care for training strategy prefers an internal employee whenever a vacancy opens to increase productivity and reduce employee turnover.
