Abstract:
This study aimed to assess quality of service provided and its impact on renal failure patients in Khartoum State, taking Bahri Medical Centre for Kidney Disease & Surgery as a case study. The problem of research is how implementation of quality, continuous training of staff, and top management commitment contribute strongly in improving the quality of service? I listed the hypothesis: continuous training of staff improved quality of service, implementation of quality programs improved quality of service, and top management commitment to quality improved quality of service. I have some main results such as: success of quality implementation depends mainly on the top management commitment and awareness of the staff of their roles in satisfying their patients. Finally this study provided some recommendation such as: the providers of service to renal failure patients must treat their patients in a special and pleasant way and the Ministry of Health must be aware that those patients are not only in need of medicine to recur, but their psychotics' status must be considered.
