Abstract:
Sudanese organizations live in chaos, no system for their work. So they need tool for continuous improvement to achieve and sustain the quality .The main aim of this research is to identify the main effect of implementation of five continuous improvement toolin organizations, and to evaluate the implementation five continuous improvement tool in ELISA laboratory and to identify the obstacles’ that face the implementation of this tool, and to develop a frame through which organizations maintain the improvement of the quality.
Five continuous methodologies is a system to reduce workplace waste and optimize productivity by maintaining an orderly place. It achieves via five pillars, sort, set in order, shine,standardization, and sustain.
To achieve the aims of implementation of five continuous improvement tool in our organization (ELISA laboratory) assessment forms for the five pillars were developed and were filled by workers weekly, the weekly result for all five pillars were recorded .The results were analyzed statistically using Excel& SPSS(Statistics Packages for Social Society) to evaluate of the implementation of five pillars, and to determine the effect of five continuous improvement tool implementation. My study consists of seven chapters, chapter-1 concern with introduction to the quality journey, and situation of Sudanese organizations. Chapter-2 concern with literature review about the five continuous improvement management system, definition,history,application, benefits, and examples of some organizations that implement five continuous improvement tool, and obstacles that face the sustainability of improvement.Chapter-3 concern with methodology of study to build the research skeleton.
