| Abstract: | This work was divided into two stages. The first phase of this project work provides an analysis to the phenomenon of shelving lamps in the system capability and looking in the eye reaction to the change in the intensity of illumination and electrical causes of shelving lamps. In the second phase of this work provides therapeutic methods used in alleviating the shelving and to clarify the appropriate action in each case we also found that lamps flicker is phenomenon that is difficult to remove but it can be reduced to certain levels. |
