The design and implementation of a laser system used in clinical analysis to measure some human blood components is achieved in this work. A measurement for determining the absorption spectrum of the standard samples of the glucose, cholesterol, total protein, albumin and uric acid is done using the single beam spectrophotometer, and the laser spectrophotometry techniques. Absorption peak in the range (505-550 nm) are noticed, according to the results of these mseasurements, which are in good agreement with the spectrum results, a laser system consist of a frequency doubled diode pumped Nd YAG of wavelength 532nm and 1mW power, silicon photo detector, sample cell with holder, 100-105 gain amplifier connected to a digital multimeter, are utilized to measure the concentrations of the above mentioned components for ten different samples. The obtained results of these ten samples are compared with that measured by using the spectrophotometer. The comparison is done by calculating the correlation coefficient, the relative standard deviation and studying the relationship between the absorbance and the concentration. The results show that, the suggested laser techniques could be used with high efficiency, to measure the concentration of the human blood component, which its absorption peaks within the range of 505-550 nm wavelength, faster, easier and with low cost compared to traditional methods, and without no any complications.en_US
