This study dealt with to evaluate the quality control parameter of X-ray tube in some hospital in Sudan, kV accuracy test, kV Reproducibility, time accuracy, time Reproducibility, output factor and HVL/Filtration tests were done and has been evaluated for all X-ray machines, the main result show that there was small variation between the nominal value, The study followed the experimental method and showed a number of results, the most important of which is that the general level of the devices used is acceptable, measurements showed HVL it was within reasonable limits. Study recommends to medical facilities that use X-ray machines to put in place a quality control program for the benefit of their patients and workers.en_US
