Abstract: This research addressed one of the most dangerous and common drugs and circulation among people, a Panadol, which is dispensed without a prescription and without consulting a doctor and causes harm to human health, especially the ordinary Panadol, which is available even in groceries and is used for all age groups. Each sample was tested with two (SEM - EDX) devices where it was found that Amidol does not contain any chemical elements and does not have compounds while it is a powder and that these powders contain caffeine that removes pain quickly so it is the most used among many people note that they don't know that They became addicted to this substance harmful to human health and the rest is a starch all deposited in human stones and cause him over time renal failure and in other cases cause late death also found that the Panadol Extra much better when compared to the normal Panadol so that it contains indispensable elements in Life but if it is taken according to the doctor's advice and take only the specified dose.
