Abstract

This research presents a role of ISO 27001:2013 due to importance of the Information Management in any organizations such as business, records keeping, financial and so on. This role will help the organizations to fulfill the needs of the customers in managing their personal information, data . There are a few challenges faced by the organizations in managing the information so that it would fall in hand of unauthorized person or hackers. Besides, an effective information management system can reduces the risk of crisis in the organizations. In order to know more about the importance of information security, the organizations need to overcome the challenges first. Other than that, all organizations must have their policies in secure their information so that the information can be kept safely.
