dc.description.abstract All Praise is for Allah Alone, and salutations of blessings and peace upon the one after whom there is no Messenger, the Prophet Muhammad,  To proceed: This research paper in Comparative Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) which is named (The jurisprudential issues in Jaami' Al Imaam At-Tirmithi in prayer sections. Collecting and study) conforms to the researcher's university studies undertaken in the service of Jaami' Al Imaam At-Tirmithi (The Collection of Hadeeth by Imaam At-Tirmithi) from the viewpoint of Aqeedah and Hadeeth. This treatise is from the point of view of Jurisprudence (Fiqh); since Imaam At-Tirmithi in this Jaami' (Collection of Hadeeth) has exceeded in his commentary on Comparative Fiqh in which he mentioned the various schools and scholars of Islamic Jurisprudence. This study has served 213 hadiths [the sayings of prophet Mohammad peace be upon him ] from prayer sections in this book . These hadiths on which the author commented jurisprudentially. Their percentage was about 70% of the total hadiths of prayer sections. In this research paper, the researcher undertook the compilation and collection of Hadeeth Fiqhi, that Imaam At-Tirmithi rendered services to in the Sections of prayer and their appropriate categorization and arrangement according to the methodology of the scholars of jurisprudence. Thus, the research paper is authenticated in a scientific manner, and refers the Qur'anic verses to their appropriate positions, and information according to its original sources and references, like the extraction of Hadeeth (Prophetic Narrations) and Athaar (Sayings) according to their categories of authentication. Besides, a brief introduction about the eminent scholars has been included in the treatise. Next, we come to the chief idea of the research work: The study of Comparative Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) for every issue put forth by Imaam At-Tirmithi and his commentary upon the relevant Hadeeth from the point of view of Islamic Jurisprudence. Thus, the researcher has put forth a well organized presentation of the issues in relation to the five schools of Islamic Jurisprudence, clarifying the various points of disagreement. Thereafter, the evidences were discussed from the point of view of every Math-hab (school of thought) along with the objections raised in relation to it. Thereafter, the researcher sheds light upon the most acceptable opinion on every jurisprudential issue, clarifying the reasons for the acceptability of the evidence and the most acceptable reasons: the strength of the evidence on the basis of its authenticity and content. To sum up, this study has covered the Chapters of prayer only; and comprises six sections, beginning with a 'Preface' and 'Introduction' and ending with an Epilogue/Conclusion and a Bibliography as follows: Section 1: A brief biography of Imaam At-Tirmithi and his methodology in the Jaami' (Collection of Hadeeth). Section 2: An account of the rulings regarding Mawaqeet Alsalah (Prayer Times). Section 3: This section deals with the narration of Ahkaam Al-athan (Rulings regarding the call to prayer) and Al-jamaa'h (the congregational prayer). Section 4: The description of prayer and recitation. Section 5: This section covers the rulings of prayers. Section 6: Finally, the last section talks about the rulings of Mosques. en_US
