dc.description.abstract |
This study aimed to investigate the role of implementing QMS ISO9001;2015 in service quality of laboratory in AZAL laboratories in Khartoum Bahry, Sudan. The quantitative methodology was used and a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 35 employees of AZAL laboratories in two departments, note that the size of population were 300 employees. The data was collected and analyzed using statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). This study concluded that there are a strong relationship between implementing QMS ISO9001;2015 and the quality of service in the laboratories. Also there wassignificant relationship between providing of resources, controlling operations and activities, and continuous improvement with performance of the laboratory. In addition with the level of training on ISO 9001;2015 was weak. At the end of the study, there are number of recommendations to AZAL laboratories to draw their attention include; implement of ISO17025 is more specific to the laboratories to be more better and have more reliable results. Also all employees must have training in ISO9001:2015. |
