dc.description.abstract This study is dealing with patients suspected to have small renal stones. These patients are scanned by ultrasound, KUB, IV U and spiral CT KUB. Fifty patients has been examined in Yastibshiron medical center by spiral C T scanner & finding the ultrasound, I V U, K U B is taken from their records files. The study revealed the following results: Spiral C T KUB is highest sensitivity &specificity study for demonstrating renal stones 80% In CT KUB stone size and density can be estimated digitally. The K U B may be sufficient to diagnose uuretrolithiasis in patients with large size stone disease &previous KUB S I V U examination should be done only if there we are investigated kidney function. Ultrasound must be used for every patient suspected to renal stone as scanning procedure before perform further examination. en_US
