dc.description.abstract |
The objective of this research is study a solar photovoltaic power plantfocusing on the design a large-scale PV solar power plant, specifically a 64 MW PV plant. The different parameters obtained by means of specialized PV software (PVsyst ). The main components in a large-scale PV plant are described: PV modules, mounting structures and solar inverters. The calculations regarding the PV plant design are made for a specific location previously selected.
The site selected for the installation is in the location of Al Bagaer which meets all the requirements for the installation of a PV plant. The design parameters calculated are the number of PV modules in the system, the number of inverter, the total installed capacity and the area. |
