Results: This study showed that the levels of LH was insignificantly increased with (p-value 0.149) and means ±SD 12.19± 20.60 while there was no change in level of FSH in polycystic ovary syndrome patients compared to control group. The study showed that there was no effect in LH level across menstrual regularity, duration, infertility, family history, cosmetics and use of medication with (p-value 0.149). infertility with (p-value 0.350), family history with (p-value 0.350), cosmetics with (p-value 0.378) and use of medication with (p-value 0.286).
