Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of implementation of total quality management system on improvement of criminal work performance on crime scene (officers, sergeants and soldiers) - forensic evidence (republic of sudan ) . The study was used descriptive analytical approach to identify the relationship between implementation of total quality management system and performance improvement, and Employee Satisfaction. The sample of the study was included 100 persons (all staff) at different levels of Military rank and different specialties in the department. Then (100) questionnaires were distributed return (90) questionnaires with a return rate (90%). The study showed that There is a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of total quality management system and performance improvement, and There is a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of TQM system and employee satisfaction. The study recommends the General Department of forensic Evidence on Crime Scene (officers, noncommissioned officers and soldiers) to implement total quality management system, depending on the results of the study. Cause the implementation of total quality management system is improve the performance and increase employees satisfaction , the study Recommends to popularize The ideas of implementation TQM system in all the departments of Sudanese police. It's highly recommended to promote the culture of TQM and improve the service provided in the GFE . To maximize the benefits of TQM The study recommends that the competent sovereign authorities conduct extensive studies focused on customers of (GFE).
