dc.description.abstract The following study has been conducted in 2011 at the lab of Sudan Atomic Energy Commission (SAEC) and it is aim was to measure the changing effect in Thyroid hormones level (T4, T3 and TSH) after pregnancy. The applied method was as an experimental technique among thirty five Sudanese women at different ages before and after pregnancy (3rd. trimester). By using Radio-Immune assay technique, the samples were collected which were the serum of T4, T3 and TSH. The data were analyzed using EXCEL program in a form of bars, correlation and tables. The analysis reveals the following findings and correlations: The common age of marriage in Sudanese ladies was the age of 18-26 years old. The all thyroid hormones (T4, T3 and TSH) decreases following the aging, but not significant. The T4 serum significantly increases in pregnant women relative to non pregnant with an excess of 62.1 %. The TSH and T3, were increases after pregnancy but were not significant and the excess of them were 18.2 % and 14.3 % respectively.
