dc.description.abstract The fundamental aim of this thesis was to study the Role of implementing HACCP in food safety and customer satisfaction. HACCP is a tool to assess hazards and establish control systems that focus on prevention rather than relying mainly on end-product testing. Any HACCP system is capable of accommodating change, such as advances in equipment design, processing procedures or technological developments . The case study was COFFTEA Company -Sudan. Questionnaires distributed in January 2018 , To the study population (30) Employees of quality and marketing departments in the company. Descriptive and quantitative analytical methods were used. Analysis illustrated that there was a statistically significant relation between HACCP implementation and food safety ,also there was a statistically significant relation between HACCP implementation and customer satisfaction. At the end of the study the researcher highlighted the role of management commitment in HACCP process and discus some HACCP implementation challenges and suggested further research studies en_US
