Abstract:
The aim of this research is to examine the impact of ISO 9001-2015 on the organizational performance, specifically on the productivity and achieving results of the strategies and plans of the organization. In this work a questionnaire is conducted to examine ISO 9001-2015in Zain Sudan and measure the impact of implementation from different perspectives. Business process, people commitment and policies and procedures are verified. This work is conducted using qualitative methodology; qualitative questionnaires are used and analyzed by scaler/kilter method of 5 multiple choices. Results have shown reliability on ISO 9001-2015is dependableand Zain people are having unclarity about the implementation of ISO 9001-2015and the audit implementation. From business perspective, results have shown relying on ISO as a tool to deal with problems from different perspectives as an early detection and avoidance mechanism. From people processes results has shown commitment on ISO 9001-2015as tool that could help achieving objectives. From policies and process and their interaction with people results has shown higher results compared to the above points, which it means people at Zain are comfort with ISO 9001-2015as tool enhancing people, processes, procedures and policies transactions.
The overall results are verified with some concerns and limitations, these limitations are due to the small sample of people responded to the questionnaire and the awareness of the ISO 9001-2015as a QMS which it is well known to some of the people related to the quality field rather than to have it widely scope covered for sake of successful implementation.
