| dc.description.abstract | في هذا البحث اخذت بذور الخروع من السوق الشعبي واستخلص منها زيت الخروع. وعمليه الاستخلاص تتضمن اربعه مراحل وهي: التنظيف، التجفيف، التقشير و السحن للحصول على نسبه عاليه. واخذت العجينه واستخلص منها الزيت باستخدام الهكسان كمذيب بواسطه جهاز السكسوليت، وحسبت نسبه الاستخلاص وحددت بعض الخواص وهي: الكثافه، اللزوجه، معامل الانكسار، الرقم الهيدروجيني، رقم الحموضه، رقم التصبن، رقم اليود ومحتوى الرطوبه. | en_US |
