dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to extract and evaluate the physic chemical properties of cloves oil. The oil was extracted using soxhlet extract method, and the physical proprieties were investigated, these were acid value, iodine value and saponification value were found to be 6.95, 119.9 and 189.33 respectively.en_US
