Abstract: | This study was conducted in microbiology laboratory ,college of veterinary medicine and animal production ,Sudan university of science and technology ,during 21 April -21may 2014 .The aim of this study is to investigate if the samples of fresh beef sausage which taken from three different factories in Khartoum state coded A,B,C were contaminated with salmonella and E.colibacteria .The total bacteria count of samples A’B’C was found to be 5,99x10 ,6,0x10 and 6,08x10 the bacteria count contaminant with E.coli and salmonella were not inconformity with Sudanese standard metrology and organization (SSMO) 2008 specification |
