Abstract: Sustainable buildings. Is a common termand it seeks to reduce negative impacts on the environment, and the health and comfort of building occupants, thereby improving building performance. The basic objectives of sustainability are to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste, and create healthy, productive environments. The study was premised by the sustainability of health buildings in Sudan. The overall aim of study is to investigate the possibility of apply sustainability in building in Sudan and focused on health care building. The research first shows what does sustainablebuilding and literature views about sustainability andhow to minimize the negative environmental impact of health buildings by enhancing efficiency and moderation with the use of materials, Energy. The research picked two sustainable health buildings as case study that stand out as inspirational examples of sustainable building in Sudan and study these buildings according to LEED rating system and the research found that the designers have successfully designed and built sustainable health building in Sudan and The conclusion of this research is that architect can design and build sustainable building if they consider that from the beginning.
