dc.description.abstractObjectives: The objective of this study is to evaluate the sensitivity of ERCP and CT in the diagnosis of the biliary system disorders. Also to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each procedures. Patients: The study was been carried out in IBN SINA teaching Hospital and medical corps – Omdurman. It was been done on 80 jaundiced patient, 40 patient by ERCP and 40 by CT. Result: CT is superior in diagnosing tumors (73,4%) and other different pathologies (60%) regarding to ERCP (26, 69) in tumors and (40%) in other different pathology. But ERCP superior in diagnosing stones 69.7%) compared to CT (30,3%). So practically the CT accuracy is (95%), and ERCP is (87,5%). CT is proved to be superior to ERCP and hence it considered as technique of choice for tumors. ERCP gives good result in diagnosing an establishing stones.en_US
