This study aims to give a clear view for the development of film processing such as daylight system, dry processing, and computed radiography. Also aims to compare between the manual processors and automatic processors, regarding time, faults, damage, and film quality. Also aims to the cost effectiveness for each modality, and advantages and disadvantages for each modality. For data collection the researcher used the questionnaire, two types are prepared one to radiographers at Khartoum state hospitals and private clinics, and the other to radiologists at these hospitals and private clinics.
