Abstract: The computer had entered in many applications in different fields. These fields are considering the most important in our life. These fields can summarize as engineering field, medicine field, and economic field. One of these applications in engineering is the computerized maintenance management system. (CMMS) This study is concerned with application of CMMS. The program applied on the Sudanese Currency Printing Press in Commercial Printing Section. The designing of the program is used the standard Access Program. It can be applied on the other sections after modified. The method of the research is the application method. On the application of the program, we find the previous historical data easily. The program helps to monitor accurately the machines performance, spare parts circulation and maintenance team implementation. All the activities of maintenance can be monitored obviously through this program.
