Mobile commerce is any transaction conducted over a wireless telecommunication network using mobile devices such as a mobile phone, Digital Personal Assistance. The wireless technologies in mobile communication grow rapidly as be seen, for example Global System Mobile (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) and Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS). Internet services supplied by mobile devices eliminate the need of a stationary connection point and offer a more personal content with special services given. So now the information is available any time, any where and anyhow. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) applications, nowadays, stand to be the best andefficient way for achieving this goal. WAP is seen as a perfect medium for financial transactions where the exchange of money is not required. One such area is that of unit fund management, where people invest in share funds rather than individual shares. And the share holders (owners of share) and agencies access updated share s information when they need them. This thesis cover and develop the implementation of the WAP application applied for Khartoum Stock Exchange, which allows the investor to track their investments and make instant changes as necessary, anytime, anywhere.en_US
