dc.description.abstractThis research is a comparison study of workflow management systems. The aim of the study is to compare two well known workflow systems, namely; Bizagi vs. ProcessMaker. A comparison Framework has been developed to carry out the comparison task. This framework is tailored to compare workflow management systems. The MSc online application process in Sudan University of Science and Technology has been used as case study. The research found out that Bizagi is better in business process and user management and authorization, while ProcessMaker is better in forms creation and management and database modeling, while they are same in business rule.en_US
