dc.description.abstractThe controlling process is availability of operating and superintendence different electrical and electromechanically instrument from far. The process is based on two principles, the first is controlling by wired connection through one of connecting medias, such as metallic cables or fiber optic cables. The second principle consists of controlling by wireless connection, it uses infrared (IR), Laser, sonic and ultrasonic waves. This research focuses on the second principles of connecting by use of mobile phone in order to transmit functional controlling signal from local control panel (mobile phone) to remote control unit receiver. This research facilitating one of controlling and operating of several system with a modern creative method in additional to the lowest cost by using local mobile phone network to achieve high quality and economically.en_US
