Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of strategic planning in the management of sporting activities customs of Sudan in Khartoum state . The researcher used the descriptive survey of the suitability of the nature of the study and also used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data , which was obtained through a random sample consisted of (50) individual workers customs of Sudan in Khartoum and has statistical treatments for answers subjects , has formed the questionnaire (16) is in three axes are: - ( Mhoraltkhtit , the axis of the potential (physical and human ) , the axis of obstacles ) and the study found the following results: 1 / reality of planning in the management of sports activities customs of Sudan in Khartoum state is as follows: _ Strategic Planning aims to predict future results substantive Sports Activity customs among workers in Khartoum state . _ Develop appropriate plans that will help in the development of sports activity customs . _ Strategic Planning supports development thinking to the management objectives . _ Strategic Planning aims to determine the policies of the organization and the relationship between the parties to the action . _ Plans are flexible to adapt to changes . _ Strategic Planning identifies the resources needed for future public use and phased . 2 / the reality of human and material resources in the management of sports activities customs Sudanese in Khartoum state is as follows: _ The cost of sports facilities for sports activities is high. _ Lack of a plan for the rehabilitation of sports management personnel .. _ Lack of methods of choice for administrators and technicians. _ Insufficient balancing the foreground for sports activities . _ Sports facilities do not comply with international standards and specifications . 3 / reality obstacles manages sports activities customs of Sudan in Khartoum state as follows : _ Internal regulations for sports activities customs is disabled . _ Blurred shape organizational and technical management of customs. _ Lack of moral support and motivation to practice sports activity customs . _ Few workers Baladaria sports and specialized technical for sports
