dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to enhance the performance of the Sudanese institution of excellence in performance through leadership that is developing and formulating the vision, mission and direction of policies and strategies, human resources and investment relations with application to the Ministry of Agriculture. The researcher in the collection of primary and secondary data related to the review of the literature and previous studies to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher survey covered the first criterion of the European model for Quality Management (EFQM). Questionnaire focused on four main areas affecting the leadership roles namely: the ability to determine the direction, inspire others, the impact of leadership on the work environment and the factors that help the organization succeed. The survey Showed that employees believe that some leaders are not doing to develop the vision, mission and values with the lack of adoption of quality programs and it cannot be landing quality programs only through the leadership because they are the political and economic social power and represent role models and inspire the confidence of all employees in the organization. Researcher recommends focusing on the commitment of the top leadership programs of quality and focus on the concepts of leadership, strategic planning, development and human resource development, and to raise awareness of the importance of the role of leadership in the dissemination and application of the principles of total quality and excellence.en_US
