dc.description.abstractAny disease of lymph glands may be called lymphadenopathy .Infection and Carcinomatous metastates are common causes of lymphadenopathy . The main objective of this study is to evaluate the role of CT in diagnosing lympadenopathy . The study has been carried out during the period from July 2002 up to July 2006 in different CT departments . The data were collected from Radiologists reports and films finding . The general results: 1- CT scan is informative in diagnosing lymphadnopathy . 2- Spiral CT scan is the best modality for demonstring lymphadenopathy . 3- Axial scan with contrast medium is the suitable techniqueen_US
