Abstract

The research focuses on the possibility of more meaningful and faster learning from others, who‟ve attained better or, if possible, the best performance. It pays attention to the informal learning in the context of strategic benchmarking. By strategic benchmarking sharing of explicit and implicit knowledge and, in that way, coming closer the best practice is possible. Our country is wealthy with animal and agricultural recourses but we are not utilizing it well, so searching for problems and solutions to address these issues precisely that relate to poultry products (meat &table egg)is vital. To follow the changes and to capture the knowledge needed for problem solving, one‟s willingness to learn continuously, developing of learning capabilities, learning forms, and styles are critical. For that purpose all types of learning should be encouraged: individual and team learning, as well as formal and informal learning. This study paid attention to learn from others and achieve JF objectives that summarized in producing healthy low coast and high quality animal products and services. However, viewing an organization with a system view influences leaders and politicians to transform and change their organizations continuously to the best. Material used: The researcher has used course materials, books, internet and the information that gained from JF farm and Arab Poultry Company site visits, interviews and observations.
