| Abstract: | The objective of this study is the detection of URINARY TRACT OBSTRUCTION abnormality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2005 to 2006 and to compare them with the previous studies. This study depends on practical scanning through which the data was collected in a configuration of data collection sheet the data was collected from february 2005 to february The main results of this study are: Ultrasound examination can very quickly, demonstrate hydronephrosis. Regarding the types of hydronephrosis, ultrasound examination can easily determine deferent types.regarding calyx dilataion.which results from obstructionUltrasound criteria of obstructon is hydroneprosis dilataion of the calyx Ultrasounds have high accuracy in detected fluid which results from obstruction more than 90% The causes of obstruction uropathy are stones.tumor. Porstate enlaremement And posterior urethral valve in infants. Ultrasound is non invasive portable no need for contrast media. |
