Abstract: his research can be summarized in which it tries to identify the most potential risks in the construction industry in Sudan. This is done by collecting information from 32 construction companies using a questionnaire that was distributed to 32 engineers whom their experience varies from (7-20) years. Then analysis were made to the collected data using the decision analysis approach in which it is put into a proposed model that shows the degree of impact of each potential risk to each company and the total risk aggregate for each company. In addition to that the research concludes most of the potential risks in the construction industry in Sudan and determines the optimal solutions to solve them as per the recommendations at the end of this research.
