| Abstract: | This study discussed the level and methods of management followed in Baleela New Air Port project , also this study was carried out to know the methods of planning , monitoring , general ideas about project activities . The reason for selection Baleela new air port as a case study , the method of assigning the equipment and the level of man power experience either engineers or technicians . The questionnaire has done and distributed in the period from August to September on 2010. The questionnaire covers six Sudanese contractor companies targeting the project managers. All the companies have responded 100%. The survey focused on how the companies planning and managing the projects and the general concepts about projects management and planning. Through this research we found that the level of recent management use and planning techniques use was poor to fair in surveyed companies. |
