Abstract: Intelligent controlled systems are invented to solve problems that the traditional control couldn’t solve it or it can be solved with a complex solution. Intelligent control systems have many parts, one of them is fuzzy logic control which helps solving complex problems, and problems cannot solve easily traditionally. Elevator control systems become complex when more than one elevator used to manage movement in the building, especially in crowded time during the day. In this research average waiting time problem of the passenger calling the elevator will be solved using fuzzy logic control method, and this will be simulated in order to be practically available. The system controls the car decision direction according to the destination of the user before he/she gets in the car, while the user is out in the hall and requesting the car, the destination will be determined too, so the system decides which elevator’s car of the system respond.
