Abstract:	This work aimed to evaluate the level of coliform contamination in Sabeel system and the new cooling system. A total of 60 samples were collected from the two systems. The samples were studied for coliform estimating number using membrane filtration technique. The results revealed that the level of coliform contamination in Sabeel was 83.3%, while the water of the new cooling system was found to be free from coliform contamination. Hundred percent of water sample from the new designed system where showed no bacterial growth. New designed system was proved to be potable.
