The aim of this work is to study the frequency response of the bipolar .junction transistor and its dependence on temperature Wide range of frequencies passed through the amplifier show that the amplitude of the low frequency is very small and increases as frequency increased until it reaches its maximum constant value .At high frequency the amplitude drops down as frequency increased A computer program known as origin 6.1 used to analyze and fitting the data .The value of lower critical frequencies fCL, upper critical frequency fCU the amplifier frequency .bandwidth BW and transit frequency were evaluated at different temperature degrees The results reveal that the temperature affects the frequency response .The value .of amplifier such as (fCL, fCU and BW) change with temperatureen_US
