The aim of this study is the role of diagnostic CT scan without contrast medium for patients who have kidney stones. These patients were examined by CT scan in each of Soba University Hospital and Imperial Hospital, and underwent these tests take 50 patients with kidney stones. The result in this study as follows: • We have set the highest sensitivity to the size of small stones less than 5mm without contrast medium up to 68% • All stones were measured by the size and density readable by the device immediately. • The patients aged less than 50 years old have been vetted found 52% have stone in upper pole of the kidneys but this stones less size and thickness and its very high density. • Those aged above 50 years found 48% have large sizes of stones and thickness and high-density. • CT scan without contrast medium explains the size of stones less than 2mm on the table (4:1). In the case of size (38mm2 ± 54)en_US
