In this research a quantum expressions for absorption coefficient, effective mass and relaxation time are obtained by modifying Schrödinger equation solutions, with the aid of Maxwell's and Boltzmann statistical distribution. These expressions are verified by performing experiments from which empirical relations between the absorption coefficient and concentration of P and Fe beside the magnetic field are obtained. These expressions are in conformity with the theoretical ones. The values of the relaxation time, effective mass, energy gap and mobility are also obtained from experiments. These values are comparable with the standard values ( τ~ 10 − 14 sec, μ 1500cm ~ 2 30 / V .s, E g ~ 1.12eV , m * ~ 10 − Kg )en_US
