Abstract: Contamination of water drinks and food by toxic elements affect severely human health the aim of this work is to determine the sources of these contaminants in some tea drinking's. To do this 5 samples were prepared and examined. Three of them are pure water, row red and green tea, the other two are red tea water and green tea water drinking's. the elemental composition of the (5) samples was determined using laser induced coupled plasma (ICP) spectrometer. The tea drinking's were prepared by filter paper extraction. The results obtained shows that the contaminant nonorganic elements come from water, row tea, containers or surrounding environment.
