In this study 46 hares were collected from two areas Abu-Delaig (n= 14) and AL-Managil (n= 32) .The main aims was to investigate Craniometrics and morphometrics of hares in the two geographic locations. Using digital Vernier with 0.01 mm accuracy for craniometricsand mastering table for the morphometrics. Hare meat was evaluated by the sensory method (color, flavor, tenderness and juiciness of the meat). Tympanic bulla length is different (P < 0.05) among samples collected from the two geographic areas. Anterior nasal width (ANW), Mandible length (ML), Lower cheek-tooth row length (LCTRL), Upper cheek-tooth row length (UCTRL), Tympanic bulla width (TBL), Total length (TL), Foramina incisive width (FIW), and Width between facial tubercles (WFT) are larger (P < 0.05) for females compared with males. Compared with domestic rabbits, hares’ meat was less Juicer (P < 0.05) as indicated by the sensory evaluation.en_US
