Abstract: This was descriptive study aimed to detected the accidental disorder of PNS on routine brain MRI scan. The study was conducted in alneilain diagnostic center, Antalya medical center ,in the period from November 2017 to February 2018, which included about 50 patients of different ages and gender ,whom Indicated has brain diseases underwent MRI of brain scan ( GE 1.5 T ,0 .35 Siemens). The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence and size of incidental opacification in the paranasal sinuses in a non-selected population using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) without medical indication, and to relate the results to sex and season. .the results were founded The gender distribution as follow (46 % female & 54 male) their ages between (7 to 95) years old. In our study, the maxillary sinuses frequently showed thickening of mucosa (6% when both sides were considered together), (sinusitis) in maxillary sinuses in 40% of the study participants. Polyps were also more frequently seen in the sinuses (26%), of participants, the majority located in the maxillary(24%) sinuses .
