Abstract

Networking is an essential part of entrepreneurs’ life, because it is an important source of knowledge, mentorship and exclusive opportunities. Most entrepreneurs who have failed before was due to lack of connections, which in part was due to lack of networking activities. The proposed system was made in order to address this problem to give new entrepreneurs an edge as seasoned business person, it will create a community of entrepreneurs and alert them about events they are interested in according to their sharing preferences. Thus, ensuring that attendees will share same interests which will offer better prospects for networking, accounts will be exchanged via QR (Quick Response)codesfor faster, easier and more accurate exchange of information during in the fast-paced events environment. Events’ sponsoring organization will also benefit from this system, because it will give attendees the ability to rate, review and give feedback about events, which will help them to tune up their future ones to better suit their audience, and satisfy their desire which will give entrepreneurs the motivation to rate and evaluate the events they have attended
