Special relativity (SR) in the presence of the gravitational field is obtained from the expression invariant length and photon equation of motion two expressions for mass and energy are obtain one that of generalized special relativity (GSR) the other of Savickas. It was shown that GSR model is more realistic than Savickas since it is based on the effect of gravity on time which is not recognized by Savickas. More over GSR model predicts pair production and its equation of motion reduces to Newtons second law. Using the equation of motion of the electron in the electromagnetic (E.M) as simple expression for the total momentum is found to be the sum of photon and electron mechanical momentum as in the standard texts. Quantum elecrtrodynamic is utilized to prove that the e.m field can curve the space time continuum The GSR is used to prove that the gravitational affect the e.m. field and photon energy and momentum which conforms with the gravitational red shift phenomenon. Such effect is not recognized by SR, which make SR is incompatible with General Relativity (GR).en_US
