Abstract

The Second Guide:- God completed the legitimate science before the death of the Prophet (PBUH) Allah said:“This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed my favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. “ {Almaidah V:(3)} There is no revelation after the Messenger of Allah Mohamed (PBUH), and then will keep the science of legitimacy as assets as they are. Yes, scholars may strive in some things according to the changes and developments in the environment, time and place, but must keep the assets fixed in the Quran and Sunna. This is for the legitimate sciences.
