This study was carried out in Sudan University of Science and Technology{SUST} in Western and Southern parts from April to September 2011. The objective of this study was to evaluate bacteriological analysis of community water supply system at {SUST} community using presence absence method. Fifty water samples were collected from SUST, nine samples from Locally made cooling system, thirteen samples from coolers and twenty eight samples from hot – cool refrigerator. Samples collected from Locally made cooling system showed coli-form 8(88.9%), thermo-tolerant 7(77.8%), presumptive test positive 6(66.7%) and confirmed E.coli5(55.6%). Samples collected from coolers showed coliform 3(23.1%), thermo-tolerant 3(23%), presumptive test positive 3(23%), and confirmed E.coli1(7.8%). Water samples collected from hot-cool refrigerator showed coliform 23(82%), thermo-tolerant 17(64.3%), presumptive test positive 7(25%), and confirmed E.coli7(25%). These results strongly alarm the community of {SUST} and being at critical health risk.en_US
